They are quilted and composed of pure organic filled cotton then covered with another organic cotton fabric. Warm or cold water wash , cool dry and no bleach.

Absolutely no herbicides, pesticides or synthetic materials. No toxic substance or chemical materials are used in the manufacture of the organic cotton mattress covers or pads. The mattress pads are reversible for longer life. Quilted covers increase the lifespan of the mattress pad and prevents the filling from shifting or bunching. Mattress pad cover is entirely organic cotton fabric. There is a 7% shrinkage .

THIS ORGANIC COTTON PRODUCT

The organic cotton is grown in pesticide free eco-friendly environment. To get certified as organic cotton the farmers grow several crop, typically 4-5 years in eco-friendly environment and then pass rigorous inspection by an internationally renowned certifier from Netherlands. There after the production of organic textiles is continually monitored to ensure that customers get the most eco- friendly and safest organic textile products. This organic cotton comes from India .The organic farmers use natural fertilizers such as Fava Beans instead of synthetic manure to enrich soil. To combat pests, farmers use safe and good bugs instead of chemical sprays. Weed is controlled by mechanical or hand hoeing methods. Harvest is hand picked instead of mechanical gas guzzlers and polluters. Interestingly the cotton picked from organic fields is cleaner, softer and superior in quality compared to chemicals sprayed on cottons.

Many of our competitors use the organic cotton but keep the subsequent process conventional using all type of chemicals such as heavy metal dyes, ammonia, phenol based chemicals, formaldehyde etc., which are known to be harmful to the environment and to individuals.

The Organic cotton processing is environment friendly. No harmful dyes, no formaldehyde, no heavy metals, no chloro Phenols, no halogenated solvents, no flouro-carbons etc are used.

Factories producing our organic cotton products are regularly inspected to ensure that all their processes are continually controlled to ensure that product and well as processes are eco-friendly.
